Fees - This is a bulk-billing practice however Afterhours calls, home visits and medicals will be charged a fee which is payable at time of consultation. Failure to attend or cancel appt at least 1hr prior will incur a fee of $25. A list of fees is displayed on the reception desk.
Appointments - Please phone 41536066 for an appointment. We encourage you to have a regular GP and every effort will be made to accomodate your preferred time. Emergencies will be given priority. Longer consultations are available so please request this at time of booking. Centrelink forms require double appointments.
After Hours - A doctor is available after hours by contacting the mobile number - 0427536066. This service will not be bulk billed and payment is required at time of consultation. IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR EMERGENCY CONTACT 000.
Home Visits - Home visits are available at the Dr's discretion and done after close of business. Home visits are not bulk billed.
Phone Calls - If you wish to contact your Dr via phone please call and ask. Dr will not be interrupted during a consultation but will phone you back. If it is urgent the practice nurse is available and will triage your call and put you through to the Dr if necessary.
Test Results - Test results are reviewed regularly and you will be notified ASAP if the Dr wishes to discuss them with you. Results are usually not discussed over the phone. Results WILL NOT be given/discussed with a third party.
Patient Information Sheets - We have a large supply of information sheets available. Please ask if you require information about particular problems. If we don't have a handout we will endeavour to find the information.
Reminder System - We use an extensive reminder system. If you require/wish to be notified of regular health checks, please notify reception staff and your name will be added to the list.
Private Hospital Admission - Dr's Kamenoff, Bontchev, Glavas-Marinovic have admitting rights to Friendlies Private and Mater Hospitals Bundaberg.
Nursing Homes - Our Doctors will visit the following nursing homes: Tri-Care, Pioneer Gardens, Millbank, Gracehaven, Riverlea, RSL Fairways
Comments - If you have any criticism good or bad we would like to hear about it. So please refer these to either the Dr or Practice Manager. If we do not get any feedback we assume there are no problems.
